With over 1,600 sq. ft. of living space, soaring 25-ft ceilings, and modern comforts, our cabin-style condo is the perfect getaway for families and groups. A government-issued ID with a photo and birthdate will be required. 🌦 Weather & Travel Insurance: No refunds will be given due to weather conditions. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance in case you're unable to fulfill your reservation. 🤫 Quiet Hours: This is a family-friendly property. Absolutely no parties, loud noise, or disruptive behavior during your stay. 🚭 No Smoking or Open Flames: Smoking (including vapes) is strictly prohibited. The condo is located in the Mountainback complex, which is one of the best maintained complexes in all of Mammoth. It's also located in the most desirable part of Mammoth too - situated between Canyon Lodge and the Village (1/8 mile up to Canyon Lodge, and 3/4 mile down to the Village.)

If you're not familiar with Mammoth, there's a convenient trolley system that takes you anywhere in town, and the trolley stop is 50ft from the front door of our complex. We also have covered garage parking, very convenient for those winter blizzards.
